According to LEADERSHIP, the NYSC director of press and public relations, Eddy Megwa, confirmed the development, on Thursday night but could not give any further details.
However, The Cable quoting sources said the president decided to relieve Fadah of his post on Thursday due to concerns over " incompetence."
Fadah has been directed to hand over to the most senior official, who is expected to work as the NYSC, DG in an acting capacity until a substantive DG is appointed, the LEADERSHIP reports.
Brigadier General Fadah assumed office with plans to improve the security and welfare of corps members, enhance staff welfare, improve the gains of NYSC ventures, sustain digitization of the operations of the scheme and deepen NYSC’s impact on rural development through community development service among others.
